Our Week!!!

I went back to work on Monday, and things went well. I only worked Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Aunt Pam said that Anna Kate was good all three days. Anna Kate was smiling when I left each morning and smiling when I came home!!! I did not go to work on Thursday and Friday because of the stomach virus!! Brad had it too!! Mama is keeping Anna Kate on Thursday of each week, so she came over Thursday morning and picked her up. Anna Kate stayed there until about 6:00. She had a good day with Mammaw too. On Friday I felt better, just weak so we all stayed home. Here are some photos of the week.

Back To Work

I am headed back to work in the morning. I was scheduled to go back March 2nd, but my principal called me and asked me to come back a week early. I was so fortunate to have been able to stay home with her for almost 4 months. One part of me is very excited to be going back and the other part is sad I am leaving Anna Kate. I know that she will be well taken care of. Brad's Aunt Pam is coming to our house 3 days a week, my mother will keep her one day, and Brad will keep her one day. So this makes going back to work much easier.

Monday

Mammaw Poss' funeral service was on Monday. It was a very nice service. David Cassady(Mammaw's Pastor) and my Uncle Zane did the service. They both did a great job. After the funeral we all went back to Mammaw's house to eat. Several relatives came out to eat also. I did not get many photos, but here are a few.

Saturday

Today we all spent the day at Mammaw Poss' house. We made funeral arrangements, ate, visited with friends and family, and ate some more. Here are some photos from the day.

Mammaw Poss

My Mammaw Poss passed away today. She was 97 years old. She lived a long full life. She had been able to live by herself and do for herself up until about 3 or 4 weeks ago when she became sick. I am going to really going to miss her, but I know that she is in a much better place!!

Today was a pretty day. This afternoon Brad was working in the shop so Anna Kate and I went out to the shop for a little while.

Valentine's Day Gift

Aunt Ashley and Uncle Martin brought Anna Kate a box of goodies for Valentine' Day. It had the sleeper(with hearts), Valentine Dog, and some candy. Since Anna Kate can not eat candy yet, daddy and mommy got to enjoy it. She would not look at me when I took this photo. She was really enjoying the Today show this morning.
